Christmas in the Desert

All dressed up for Arabella's 1st Christmas pictures.  She did such a good job!  And so did Grammie.  They both smiled and kept their eyes opened!

We had a nice dinner out for Chris's birthday after the pictures.  Daddy really wanted a steak.  Arabella is having so much fun eating big girl food that she likes to scream a lot while eating.  So, we were able to get to the restaurant before the dinner crowd.  It was just perfect!

She's so proud of her little tree!

We celebrated an early Christmas before Grammie went back to WV.  Arabella was dressed in her Mrs. Claus outfit.  Mom had held onto it for 32 years.  It was mine and she looked so cute!

I don't think she knew what to think about the old fashion popcorn popper toy that her Mommy had too when she was little.  By the end of the day, she was poppin' all over the place.

She loves to eat!

Grammie got her a Elmo microphone.  She loves it!

The sunsets here are beautiful!

Cherished moments right before Grammie left Arizona.

Christmas morning

Arabella was all about the paper and the boxes.  Next year, that's all we'll do.

She loves her bananas.  I guess she thought it would be a long so so she would keep some on her head for a quick snack for later.

Who Needs Santa When I Have Grandma?

Our little Sumo wrestler standing on her box.  She can't get enough of it!  I'm scared - she looks serious.

She even put on a little concert for Chris and I.  She looks like Elton John in her ruffled outfit.
