While the family was here visiting with us in Arizona, we were able to slip away for a bit to California. We have the most amazing time visiting all sorts of places. After getting adjusted to the 100+ degree temperatures here in Arizona, we were shocked to be in California on the beaches and it being in the low 70s. So needless to say, we didn't spend much time in the water.

One of Chris's favorite places around San Diego is La Jolla Beach. We spent the afternoon here one day and had a fabulous lunch! 
This little guy kept popping out all over this bush. Too funny!
